VVB Machine Tools (WMW) was the association of state-owned enterprises of the German Democratic Republic for the machine tool and tool industry.
In 2001 its Forming Technology Kombinat "Herbert Warnke" of Erfurt was taken over by Mueller Weingarten AG, which six years later was bought by Schuler.
Now one of the Schuler Group’s main production and service sites in Europe, the Erfurt plant manufactures equipment for mainly the automotive, electrical and appliance industries.
Also offers: welded assemblies, machining, technical services and special stampings.
