What is our Pre-Engineered Building System?
It is a strong, panelized building solution with structural steel frame fully inside precast light concrete.
A new-generation technology where a "Whole House" structure and envelope have been optimized.
We supply all equipment and know-how one needs to deliver highly competitive light gauge steel frame buildings.
In our System the structural steel frame is embedded into precast light-concrete and, a solid panel is so created (>

). This is
better technology for better buildings
, thermally insulated with solid walls: a complete turn-key solution for affordable housing projects up to six-storey high, for high-volume production in industrial conditions. A single plant has a production capacity up to 2000 units /year, with a total building area delivery capability of 170,000 m2. A plant can start with a capacity of 500 units/ year and grow "in steps" following the market demand.

Benefits of our System:

2) ...and closes all cavities in the wall structure-- no hollow sounds
3) the wall is a solid-concrete lightweight structure with the strength of steel...
4) ...providing good thermal insulation and thermomass
5) walls are cast against flat molds that produce both faces, easy for the final coating in- & outside.
"Whole-House Solution"
The equipment we supply provides everything "of essence" that a building envelope and the super-structures require: a component-solution where all steel framing members are formed on a same roll forming line and all members are assembled into wall frames, floor joists and roof trusses in designated jig stations.
The concrete casting takes place in vertical position, in high-volume industrial Battery Molds.
Partition walls can be made steel-framed and sheathed. They can be either load-bearing or non-load bearing and, made to match local doorframes.
We also have a heavy partition wall solution that is supported by integrated steel frame. It uses modular, light-concrete, in-fill panels.
Auxiliary sections, such as resilient channels (for ceiling), roof battens and furring channels can all be made on same roll forming line.
The delivery goal is supplying all sections that are required by the installers at the building site, in completing the superstructure.
In addition to multiple-profile designs, our line is capable of adjusting for also alternative section widths from 60 mm up to 250 mm.
Material: .5mm to 2mm galvanized structural steel!
The line is delivered together with assembly stations for wall frames, open web floor joists (and roof rafters) and pitched roof trusses.
In addition to assembled framing components, the line produces additional profile sections that are valuable parts of the System.
