Available in a multitude of materials (aluminium, copper, stainless steel, zinc etc.), colors and finishes, many building envelope products provide today very good durability and refinement.
Our lines for roof and wall elements, like trapezoidal/corrugated sheets and tile effect sheets generally allow a production speed up to 40m / min. They can be complete with: fully automatic coil handling equipment, material surface protection systems, bending / embossing / notching / punching / stamping... stations, PUR-PIR/rockwool/etc. injection or resp. insertion equipment, product handling and packaging systems; and any other possibly wanted special purpose, "in-line" equipment.
Rafted or double-deck rollformers, flying or "multiple" press-shears, parts handling robots are available options when a quick product-changeover, higher production rates, a minimum manning level are required.
From Northern Europe to specially Belgium, Russia and Eastern Europe, many production lines for roof and wall products are installed that we have designed and built.
Since 2015, we mostly manufacture this equipment type at our Finland and Ukraine plants.

Custom-built equipment needs a special kind of product support... our proposals are detailed with drawings and photos to provide clients with a full understanding of the type and quality of the equipment we offer. We send customers approval drawings with dimensions, performance specs and features before the machine is built.

Parts Books are shipped with each piece of equipment. They contain detailed information about installation, inspection and maintenance procedures, component parts.
