Description:
Coil Loading Car with 1500mm horizontal travel, 450mm up/down stroke
Powered Decoiler with hydraulic drum expansion, mobile base also hydraulically operated, air brake. Reversible
A new Coil Centering System, air-operated, will be added – placed before the slitter entry guide
Slitter with dia. 160mm shafts (circular knife OD: 300mm), 50 HP DC motor, hydraulic opening of the mobile slitter stand, electric up/down motion of upper shaft. Entry pinch rolls. Each material guide is independently-adjustable (with a geared motor on one side); the whole guiding unit can ‘manually’ be moved crosswise by a worm screw. Two hardened steel rolls are monted at slitter exit to planish burrs
A new Scrap Baler will be built, in lieu of the ‘original’ scrap winders and a new Coil Threading Unit will be built; as well as new: Pit Table (after the Slitter), Deflector roll for the Strip Tension Pad, Quick-Extraction Separator Shaft, Strip Introduction Table before Recoiler and Quadrant Rolls for the loop pit.
