New Slitter Tooling Storage Systems

Each tray is 2600mm long with a 1200 kg capacity.
All faces and partitions on the trays are covered with antiskid material (image 7).
The rotation speed is 3m / minute (by geared motor & chain drive).
Slitter knives can be stored having a 400mm max. diameter.
Options:
A) two Storage Carrousels for steel spacers, rotating on a ball-bearing fifth wheel.
The carrousels are either movable on trackways or stationary. Each carrousel has 16 stakes (450mm long) with a 120 kg capacity.
B) Photoelectric Barrier on front side.
