Unmanned Manufacturing Systems
(no-operator)
We design and build totally unmanned manufacturing systems (no-operator, generally strip-fed production lines) for: downspout elbows, inner & outer gutter corners, outlet collars, brackets etc.
Normally the lines are for .55mm–.60mm thick galvanised steel and colour coated steel; and,include:
a 2/3 t powered decoiler & (optional) coil loading car
a "combi" feeder-straightener, generally with 2 feeding rolls and 5 levelling rolls; or a pneumatic feeder
one or more hydraulic or/and mechanical power press/es (with press force up to ca. 1600 kN)
all press tools designed and built by ourselves, with quick tool change options (roller tables etc.)
the scrap evacuation conveyor/s
those particular machines the product/s manufacturing process requires; typically: edge seaming machines

all line automation equipment, in most cases robotic that is required for the parts-handling during the product/s manufacturing process and at line exit
and all operation equipment (mostly by Siemens)
