BUILD TO ORDER CUSTOM DESIGNED
A "typical" line that we supply for fully-automatic manufacturing of seamed outlet collars and downspout elbows, gutter corners... is configurated as follows.
It includes:
-hydraulic press (or presses),
-all tooling,
-robotic parts handling,
-seaming machine/s (when required),
-and the line operation equipment.
Generally the materials are .55 – .60 mm galvanised and colour coated steel. Grade of steel: DX53D+Z or DX54D+Z.
