“TANK MAKER” STOP/START CUT TO LENGTH LINES FOR STAINLESS STEEL COILS

500-2000mm x 1.2-6.0mm with double opposed cone type decoiler of max. 15 Ton capacity; “Creep Feed” (Stop/Start) Type Cut To Length Lines, generally rated for materials with max. tensile strength 650 N/mm2 & max yield point 350 N/mm2. “Fine” Straightener with Back-Ups. Hydraulic Cut-Off Shear, static. The exit Roll Table or Sheet Stacker are, in most cases designed to collect sheets up to max. 5000mm in length.
These simple Stainless Steel Cut To Length Lines are specially suitable for Tank Makers processing coiled stock up to 6mm thick.
They are of “stop/start” type and generally come with:
- 10+ Ton coil car & powered decoiler
- Edge guide
- Powered paper-recoiler
- Coil threading station
- “Fine” material straightener with back-ups*
- Film laminating unit
- Hydraulic shear
- Pinch rolls and powered “launching” belt
- and sheet stacker, or exit roll table.
(*Ordinary straighteners incorporate large-diameter rolls. The Precision Straighteners' rolls are of smaller diameter, with back-ups keeping the top & bottom work-rolls "parallel".)
