HEAVY DUTY COIL PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
(HEAVY DUTY CUT TO LENGTH LINES, SLITTING LINES ETC.)
PRESENTING: OUR HEAVY DUTY CUT TO LENGTH LINES, SLITTING LIES, LEVELERS AND SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FOR: HR & CR STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL AND NON-FERROUS METALS.
Our design & manufacturing includes heavy duty cut to length lines, slitting lines, levellers and special purpose machinery and equipment for hot rolled & cold rolled steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. The capacity range is up to 2100mm in coil with x 16mm maximum thickness (up to 2500mm x also heavier materials, as regards used/re-manufactured equipment from the market).
All new lines/machines are built to order, based on Customer's needs.
Our cut to length lines for materials with thickness over 6mm, generally are of the flying shear type.
Decoilers, of the overhung drum type or with double opposed mandrel have a capacity up to 40 Tonne. (Some decoilers with capacity up to 44 Tonne have also been built.)
Entry coil ramps, turnstiles etc. are provided as well.
Complementary equipment like i.p. brushing machines and suction systems is frequently included in the lines.

The speed of the 'heaviest' lines generally does not exceed 30m / min.
For materials with thickness up to max. 6mm the line speed can be up to 60 or 80m / min.

We build a 12.7mm 'line size' and a 15mm with line speed up to 150m / min and, resp. 100m / min.
For materials with thickness up to max. 6mm the line speed can be up to 400m / min.
All options are available for our
F-Class slitting lines

are, in particular regularly designed and built by us to major equipment builders and Steel Groups.
