NEW SLIT COIL PACKAGING LINE BEING BUILT AT OUR PLANT 16 NEAR MILAN, ITALY
A NEW SLIT COIL PACKAGING LINE IS BEING BUILT AT OUR PLANT 16 NEAR MILAN, ITALY. THE LINE, TO HANDLE SLIT COILS UP TO 600mm x MAX. 2.5mm IN SIZE, IS DESCRIBED HEREBELOW.
We custom design and build very efficient slit coil packaging equipment (including: coil tilters, conveyors, sortation tables, banding machines etc.) for any coil sizes & materials and to work in conjunction with also existing slitting lines.
Automatic coil packaging systems improve material flow, cut labor costs and downtime, also reduce product-damage... shortly:
they notably increase profitability.

A slit coil packaging line is being built, that suits for:
Coil O.D. 750 ÷ 2000mm
Coil I.D. 508/610mm
Material Thickness .3 ÷ 2.5mm
Slit Coil Width: 50 ÷ 600mm
Max. Stack Height 1200mm including pallet
Max. Slit Coil weight 5 Tonne
Max. Stack Weight 6 Tonne.
The lines consists of:
2 trailer-mounted coil tilters
10 "buffering" roller tables, one of them mounted on weighing cells
4 strapping tables
3 revolving (90°) tables
2 roller tables mounted on weighing cells, with centering devices
2 drawing roller tables, with centering devices
8 stack forming roller tables
2 stack drawing & pallet loading cars
2 pallet loaders
2 slit coil handling grippers.
