USED 2000mm x 12mm CTL Line revamped and re-installed in Finland

This used 2000x12mm Flying Shear Cut To Length Line (
#3409
) has been re-installed at the Buyer's plant in Finland after general "check-up", cleaning and repainting. Brand new electrics and electronics have been provided.
[The Customer had also bought the
#3177
re-manufactured Dual Head Slitting Line from us, not long time ago.]
The videos and diagrams in Presentation #3409 show the line as it was before "treatment".
30 Ton Coils can be processed with 500-730mm ID and max. 2000mm OD; the sheet stacker has a 10 Ton max. capacity. Speed max. 18m / min.
We offer effective solutions for extending the service life of any coil processing equipment types:
- rebuilding to the original capability
- retrofitting to meet new or higher standards, add capabilities...
- re-engineering to find remedies for deficiencies
- etc.
With our engineering department, well equipped workshops and excellent field service people we really are in a position to provide a "turn-key service".
