ONDEX 2000mm & 3000mm Corrugating Machines for Roofing Sheets
Product:
- corrugated sheets from 960—1250mm blanks
- section height: 18—25mm / ‘step’: 76mm
- material thickness: .15--.4mm
These very simple, hand-fed machines require two operators.
One or two blanks laid one upon the other can be processed at a time.
Pneumatic cylinders feed the blank/s to the forming rolls.
The corrugated sheets get stacked in an orderly way on back side of machine.
The average production is 3 parts/minute with one blank fed to machine, thickness: .4mm.
- 6 parts/minute with two blanks at a time, thickness max.: .3mm in this case.
The ONDEX-3000’s dims. are: 4m x 3m x 1.6m high. Its weight ca. 1800 kg.
