A completely refurbished and repainted Two-Belt, 1600mm x 3mm Stainless Steel DRY Sheet Polishing Machine for sale -- with NEW electric cabinet. It is available ex-stock (subject to being unsold).
This sheet polishing machine suits for process material with max. tensile strength 600 N/mm2, max. yield Strength 300 N/mm2. The material thickness range is .5mm to 3.0mm, with sheet width 500-1600mm.
The machine direction is right to left; working to center line.
The supply is inclusive of: Siemens S7-300 PLC; Siemens/ABB DC driver (for the feeding rolls); control panel on machine, for the alarms and parameters; NEW electric main-cabinet with fan; NEW switches, contactors and relays; electric diagram with text in italian; connections on machine with NEW cables; switch on the new electric box; original electromotors (retrofitted); full-retrofitting for all mechanics; NEW rubber coating of rollers; new paints as shown on main photo.

The paint colours are as follows:

WARRANTY (ONLY FOR NEW PARTS^)
The warranty covers any faulty parts, that will be replaced free of charge. The validity of warranty is, except for the below-listed components: one year from the date of the final acceptance test signature; however not over 18 months from delivery and considering a working shift of 16 daily hours. / Anytime before the expiry of the a/m period, within 20 days from written notice received we will replace the defective parts "cost-free ex-works". The parts to be returned to us for inspection.
The warranty period for the following items is limited to 6 months from delivery:
Solenoid-valves
Ball bearings
Electrical parts
Other proprietary parts supplied by manufacturers other than us.
The warranty does not cover travelling costs & hours, transportation costs, accommodation food & beverage expenses for our technicians when their assistance is required either for auditing or for repairing equipment at the user's works.
