Hole drilling equipment for door panels ( : 3 lines + a machine )
The equipment ( > : lines ‘A’ and ’B’ ) drills holes for fixing shaft- & center-
hinges
: > refer photos 2 and 3. + The machine in photo 4 drills holes on upper and bottom panels, to fix
aluminium profiles
to these. Same machine also drills (optional) holes for
handles
.
Both lines, the 2 and 3, are PLC-controlled; they were in use for drilling products of four types: ‘industrial’ (models: 610/42 - 500/42) & ‘anti-pinch’ (models: 495/92 - 615/42) panels. However the PLC can be re-programmed for any dimensions of panels and drilling schemes.
A third drilling line ( > : ref. ‘C’ -no photos are available for this one ) can drill panels up to ca. 5m in length; it suits for both ‘industrial’ and ‘anti-pinch’ panels.
Years when built: 1992/93/94. All equipment out of service, since 2001.
