The Cell includes:
- a blank loader, DC motor driven
- a blank centering station
- a fast-cutting circle shear, with static tailstock to clamp blanks and a mobile cutting head
- disc & scrap off-loader, DC motor driven (the scrap first, and then the product get stacked on separate stations)
The long-lasting cutting blades are made of special steel; they are driven by a radial hydraulic motor with variable-flow piston pump.
The slides are mounted on recirculating-ball blocks.
No operator-assisted ("manual") operations are required, except: - loading the pallets with the blanks and - removing those with the products &, resp. the scrap pack.
When no blanks are left to feed at entry or, the product pack at exit has got to a certain height the System automatically stops.
A user-friendly control, the System's diagnostics and efficient safety guarding (fences on machine back and opto-electronic beams in front) make the use of the equipment easy and secure.

We send customers approval drawings with dimensions, performance specs and features before the machine is built.
