A compact quick-setup machine that allows producing up to 5 discs/minute.
It comes with transfer feed, vacuum head lift and air-operated auto. scrap extractor.
The main features:
- blank pick-up with 'corner-raiser' and brushes
- 'double laid-upon blank' detector
- blank centering station, with visualized position
- the diameter also visualized
- batch programming
- 'scrap evacuation check' system
- automatic off-loading and palletizing of products
- safety guarding
